Job Title: Support Manager - Ajman, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. The ideal candidate must have the necessary knowledge and experience in the field, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all customer service operations and providing technical support to users. They will also be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an overall positive customer experience. Additionally, the Support Manager will be expected to stay up-to-date on advances in technology that could increase efficiency or improve customer service processes.
The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, must be fluent in English (speaking and writing), and should preferably be of Pakistani nationality. However, all genders are welcome to apply.
