Support Manager (Part-time, Africans Preferred)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service and have an excellent command of the English language. Experience is not required; however, a background in management or customer service is preferred. We are especially interested in candidates from African countries who can bring their unique skillset to our company.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours; however, the successful candidate must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week. The Support Manager will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, the Support Manager will need to be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
