Job description

Supply Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of the supply chain. This role involves daily monitoring of supply chain activities, collaborating with vendor operations, and ensuring that supply chain operations align with financial goals and documentation. Supply Planning Manager plays a crucial role in managing supply replenishments, addressing backlogs, and providing essential reports to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure seamless product flow and optimal inventory levels
  • Analyze market trends, sales forecasts, and demand fluctuations to drive data-driven supply chain decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Oversee inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing holding costs
  • Monitor supplier performance and establish contingency plans for supply disruptions
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and drive supplier improvements to enhance reliability
  • Prepare reports on supply chain efficiency, cost management, and operational bottlenecks
  • Implement automation and technology-driven solutions to streamline processes
  • Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Backlog management
  • Weekly supply replenishment to partners by Purchase, Sales and Inventory (PSI), Week of Sales (WOS), Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven 3 years’ experience in supply chain management
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in financial tools and documentation related to supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and implement process improvements
