Supply Planner - Consumer

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Supply Planner expert from FMCG? We're actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Planner to join our consumer team.

Job Purpose:

The Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for creating and managing the supply planning process within the FMCG distribution industry for food products. They will work closely with the Demand Planner, Clearing & Forwarding, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure that supply planning is accurate and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile pending orders to maintain in-bound accuracy.
• Apply permits required and follow up on the approval to have seamless operations.
• Surveillance on certification validity with the regulatory team.
• Manage end-to-end logistics requirements pertaining to business scope.
• Co-packing initiation and follow up with all the stakeholders involved.
• Manage end-to-end shipment tracking and recording of shipment lead time.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies to follow TAT agreement.
• Monitor Band principal performance via scorecard.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of supply planning experience within the FMCG industry.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience in a similar industry with end-to-end supply chain understanding.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and other software packages including Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices, including S&OP and inventory optimization.
