Daily, weekly or monthly purchase orders processing

Monitor and review the excess and obsolete stock parts
Logistics Operations
Create the Advance shipping notifications according to supplier invoices in a timely manner
Provide data support with logistics to control the inbounds and clearing documents on time
Monitor cost charges within the agreed terms and conditions
Manage the logistics payments and update finance with relevant reports for payment clearance
Follow up with Finance for payments
Arrange/Renew Letter of Credits
Customs claim registration & payments
Arrange ESMA/RFID approvals
Declaration of cargoes for insurance
Continuous Improvement & Business Intelligence
Create dashboards for monitoring of process
Perform kaizens and projects to reduce operational costs
Take necessary actions/advice for effective inventory control
Escalate cases with necessary information if the process is not under control
System Utilization
Continuous review of system parameters for improving the service level
Review system alerts, e.g., last demand flier, lead time, demand change alerts, forecast alerts
Review risk of run out
Master processes and apply as per business needs to improve efficiency and productivity
Required Skills to be Successful:
Experience developing management reporting packs
Skilled in problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies

About The Team: The role reports to Operations Manager and you will be working in a busy warehouse environment.
What Equips You For The Role:
Around 5 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain, preferably with Automotive experience.
Extensive knowledge of Inventory management systems, business development, and process improvement skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Inventory Management:
Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, avoiding both stockouts and overstocking. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records.
Stock Replenishment: Order materials or products as needed to ensure supply meets demand, taking into account lead times, production schedules, and forecasted demand.
Inventory Audits: Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory data and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Safety Stock: Maintain an appropriate level of safety stock to prevent stockouts during supply chain disruptions or unforeseen spikes in demand.
2. Demand Forecasting:
Demand Planning: Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast demand for products or materials, using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
Forecast Accuracy: Use advanced forecasting methods, such as statistical models, to predict future demand as accurately as possible and adjust plans accordingly.
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Participate in regular S&OP meetings to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and supply capabilities.
3. Supply Chain Coordination:
Supplier Relationship Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials or products. Negotiate lead times and delivery schedules to optimize the supply chain.
Order Management: Place purchase orders and track the status of orders, ensuring that shipments are received on time and in full.
Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics teams to ensure smooth transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.
Supply Chain Optimization: Identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks in the supply chain and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve these issues.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Inventory Data Analysis: Use inventory management systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to track inventory turnover rates, stock levels, lead times, and other KPIs.
Reporting: Create and present reports on inventory performance, supply chain efficiency, demand trends, and stock status to senior management and relevant departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track KPIs such as inventory turnover, stockout rates, order fulfillment rates, and order cycle time to assess the performance of inventory and supply chain operations.
