Supply Planner

Job Overview

As a Supply Planner, you will have an overall accountability for Purchase Order (PO) placement, inbound fill rates and performance, receipt/PO tracking, forecasting & planning, vendor engagement/relation management. This role is crucial in ensuring the right products are available across our retail outlets, online platform and B2B channel.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to purchase products materials from both local or oversea vendors.
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders (PO) delivery and supplier out of stocks.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, quantity, delivery time and best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or the pet care industry.
• Diploma or degree in Procurement or a related certification.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP and Slim4 is a plus.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
