Tasks
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Act as the central point of contact within customer service for all supply-related events
- Build and manage strong customer relationships, tracking open supplies and ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor shipments and ensure they arrive on time to the required locations
- Collaborate closely with Logistics to streamline transportation and tackle any supply chain challenges
- Prepare and lead daily performance and status update sessions with both customers and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvements in material supply processes, aligned with customer needs
- Ensure seamless alignment between customer systems and LHT IT systems for accurate, up-to-date information
- Work with IT systems like SAP, E-bat, and MAX-LRU
Requirements
The ideal Supply Performance Manager should meet the following requirements:
- A university or technical college degree, preferably in aviation or supply chain
- Proven experience in customer relations, material management, or supply chain, ideally in aviation
- Background working in a multinational company
- Strong understanding of economic principles
- Fluent in English
- Arabic or German is a plus
- Excellent service orientation with strong networking skills
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3
- Creative, flexible, and innovative thinking
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and stress-resilience
- Willing to travel and familiar with the Middle East market
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and numerical abilities
