Supply Performance Manager

Join Lufthansa Technik as a Supply Performance Manager and drive excellence in supply chain operations! Tasks

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

1. Act as the central point of contact within customer service for all supply-related events
2. Build and manage strong customer relationships, tracking open supplies and ensuring timely delivery
3. Monitor shipments and ensure they arrive on time to the required locations
4. Collaborate closely with Logistics to streamline transportation and tackle any supply chain challenges
5. Prepare and lead daily performance and status update sessions with both customers and internal teams
6. Drive continuous improvements in material supply processes, aligned with customer needs
7. Ensure seamless alignment between customer systems and LHT IT systems for accurate, up-to-date information
8. Work with IT systems like SAP, E-bat, and MAX-LRU

Requirements

The ideal Supply Performance Manager should meet the following requirements:

1. A university or technical college degree, preferably in aviation or supply chain
2. Proven experience in customer relations, material management, or supply chain, ideally in aviation
3. Background working in a multinational company
4. Strong understanding of economic principles
5. Fluent in English
6. Arabic or German is a plus
7. Excellent service orientation with strong networking skills
8. Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
9. Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3
10. Creative, flexible, and innovative thinking
11. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
12. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and stress-resilience
13. Willing to travel and familiar with the Middle East market
14. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and numerical abilities
15. Confident in taking calculated risks and embracing new challenges
16. Diligent, systematic, and a collaborative team player with a strategic mindset
