Job description

Seddiqi Holding is a Family-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and brands across numerous sectors. The business includes Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, Seddiqi Properties, Swiss Watch Services and Mizzen.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will lead the implementation of the supply chain strategy within the GCC and Jordan region while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Contribution

  • Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring supply chain performance metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency are met.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design a scalable roadmap for supply chain processes to support growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute an e-commerce delivery strategy to ensure seamless last-mile delivery and customer satisfaction.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Manage warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, storage conditions, and accurate cycle counts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of 3PL providers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement supply chain process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Manage risk by proactively identifying potential disruptions and developing contingency plans.
  • Oversee distribution center operations (3PL), ensuring alignment with service level agreements and operational KPIs.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a supply chain executive, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Drive employee engagement through training, development, and performance management.
  • Train and direct team member on the job to ensure that activities are handled efficiently, as per requirements.
  • Monitor budgets to ensure that the expenses are kept within established boundaries.

General Management

  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 8-10 years years job related experience and relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, and team leadership.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, business administration or any other relevant field
  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Advanced certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.
