Supply Chain Manager Manager Automotive-OEM

Position: Supply Chain Manager (having work experience in OEM Automotive & have experience in travelling to China Suppliers in China)
Location: Dubai UAE
Language Skills: Bilingual (Both Fluent in English & Chinese)
Open to: All Nationalities
Availability to Join: Immediately

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
2. Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Supervise end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to logistics.
4. Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance departments to align activities with company goals.
5. Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement enhancements.
6. Select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
7. Cultivate strong supplier relationships for timely and quality services.
8. Optimize inventory levels to meet demand efficiently.
9. Proactively identify and address supply chain risks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Having work experience in OEM Automotive as Supply Chain Manager.

Skills:

1. Strong proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
2. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
3. Capability to oversee complex logistics operations and effectively mitigate risks.
4. Willingness to travel internationally extensively.
