Supply Chain Manager

Our client is one of the world’s largest FMCG companies with regional operations headquartered in Dubai responsible for the GCC region. Due to the growth of the organization, they are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support the market demand.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain operations and provide significant input into the development and execution of the operations strategy and driving operational efficiencies to support aggressive growth strategies. This role will involve a high level of cross-functional interaction between inbound supply, customers, logistics, and sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
2. Provide input into the development and execution of operations strategy.
3. Drive operational efficiencies to support growth strategies.
4. Facilitate cross-functional interaction between inbound supply, customers, logistics, and sales.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain operations in an FMCG organization.
2. Experience in procurement and strategic sourcing in the Middle East & Africa.
3. Excellent negotiating skills.
