Supply Chain Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the supply chain including procurement, inventory management, and transportation
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
- Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance
- Analyze data and provide insights to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to the supply chain and logistics operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and transportation management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software
