Job Description:

• Design and implement efficient supply chain processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs, ensuring a seamless flow of materials.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis and forecasting to predict supply chain trends, enabling proactive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Engage with suppliers to negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Implement sustainable practices within the supply chain, focusing on reducing waste and enhancing environmental responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain engineering or logistics, with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in supply chain software tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems to streamline operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions to enhance supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus to facilitate global collaboration.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
