Job description
  • Order Processing: Process and track orders from customers, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring smooth fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods, resolve issues, and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities, including shipments, orders, and inventories. Ensure that all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating the logistics of products, ensuring that shipments arrive on time, and working with transport companies to optimize delivery routes and costs.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve any issues that arise in the supply chain process, such as delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in order fulfillment.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and customer service, to ensure alignment on supply chain activities and address any cross-functional issues.

Desired Candidate Profile for Supply Chain Administrator (Fresher or 1-2 Years of Experience)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis is an advantage).

Experience:

  • Freshers in supply chain or logistics are welcome to apply.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Exposure to inventory management, order processing, and data entry is beneficial.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on accuracy and consistency while managing inventory and order details.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to identify issues within the supply chain and assist in finding quick and efficient solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Abilities: Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting to assess supply chain performance.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to respond to queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
