Supplier Performance Manager

Role & Responsibilities

The Supplier Performance Manager will optimize the supplier management framework focusing on contractors and consultants in real estate development. This role involves driving improvements in the supplier prequalification process, defining a supplier performance management system, and ensuring contractors and consultants meet the required standards for quality compliance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an updated prequalification process to evaluate contractors and consultants on technical, financial, and compliance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop evaluation parameters and streamline approval workflows.
• Continuously update prequalification standards to align with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Develop and enforce a standardized performance management system including KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards for contractors and consultants.
• Facilitate periodic performance reviews to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and address areas for improvement.
• Gather internal feedback on contractor and consultant performance, incorporating insights into actionable reports.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Lead initiatives to mitigate contractor and consultant-related risks and promote long-term supplier development.
• Provide training to internal teams on contractor and consultant management processes and compliance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (master's degree preferred).
• 5 years experience in procurement, supplier management, vendor management, or related functions within real estate or construction industries.
• Proven experience in developing qualification and performance management systems for contractors and consultants.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities. Proficiency with procurement and supplier management software tools is a plus.
