Job Description: Supervisor (SOP Management, Audit, and Training)

Roles And Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all store processes, including inventory management, 5S implementation, driver tasks, and packaging guidelines.
Conduct SOP training for the operational teams across all stores to ensure adherence to documented standards and protocols.
Perform regular SOP audits on the ground across multiple store locations to assess process efficiency, compliance, and store hygiene:
Inventory-related tasks
5S standards adherence
Driver performance and packaging processes
Overall operational and procedural compliance
Prepare detailed audit reports and share findings with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Follow up to ensure all identified issues or gaps from audits are resolved on the ground before the next audit cycle.
Monitor, analyze, and report process hygiene and inventory-related performance metrics.
Supervise geographically dispersed reporters, ensuring alignment on SOP adherence, training consistency, and on-ground audit execution.
Conduct corrective training for teams where deviations or inefficiencies are noted.
Implement ongoing process improvements based on audit results and stakeholder feedback to enhance store operations.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines across all stores.
Step in to support and oversee critical store operations as necessary, including:
Managing a team of shift team leaders, logistics associates, delivery associates, and warehouse staff.
Ensuring payroll and attendance activities are completed on time.
Monitoring key operational metrics, including inventory management, delivery performance, and warehouse downtime.
Conducting monthly inventory audits to verify adherence to placement policies.
Managing cash processes such as reconciliation and deposits efficiently.
Addressing gaps in serviceability and streamlining roster management to drive productivity and performance targets.
KPIs To Monitor
SOP compliance rate across all stores
Audit scores for inventory management, 5S implementation, and driver processes
Timeliness and effectiveness of issue resolution post-audits
Reduction in gaps for packaging guideline adherence
Store process hygiene metrics
Training completion and effectiveness scores
Productivity of reporters (timely audits, SOP reviews, and training coverage)
Key operational metrics including inventory management performance, warehouse shutdown minutes, and delivery promise adherence
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong experience in SOP development, training, and auditing.
Prior experience in operations (e-commerce, logistics, or retail industry preferred).
Excellent analytical and reporting skills to assess store performance and audit findings.
UAE Food safety certification and certifications on health and Safety are a plus.
Strong leadership capabilities to manage and train teams across multiple locations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to interpret and present operational data.
Willingness to travel to multiple store locations regularly.
