Supervise a team of 3–6 executives to handle sales administration, CRM, collections, and handover tasks aligned with project milestones.
Sales Admin: Assist the sales team with documentation, contract and form preparation, record maintenance, and CRM system updates. Coordinate Oqood registration, agency onboarding, and commission payouts. Manage data uploads and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
Collaborate with in-house sales team, real estate agents, brokers, and partners to facilitate smooth sales transactions and SPA execution.
CRM: Conduct welcome calls and respond to customer inquiries. Provide project updates, manage unit transfers, and handle walk-in customers at the customer center. Oversee payment follow-ups, installment collections, and related customer service requests.
Handover: Support handover stages by preparing handover notices, scheduling snag viewings, and managing associated documentation.
Work closely with finance, legal, government affairs, administrative departments, and external service partners to optimize processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Real estate developer (sales admin/CRM) team leader experience in Dubai for at least the last 2 years is mandatory.
Strong understanding of developer CRM workflows, off-plan property sales processes, and agency onboarding procedures.
Proven experience managing a team and resolving customer complaints effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for detailed reporting.
Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure while maintaining high-quality work standards.
