- Manage day to day vendor operations tasks and keep ownership of supporting back office tools while delivering on agreed KPIs.
- Define and execute steps to achieve performance improvement, managing the workflow in an end-to-end manner.
- Improve vendor training quality, introduce new training modules.
- Schedule, assign, and carry out training with restaurant partners, troubleshooting and providing technical support.
- Develop action plans with the department manager to address weak areas in need of improvement.
- Work alongside regional logistics and country sales teams on actions and activities to drive vendor operations forward.
- Report and monitor KPIs and performance SLAs.
- Drive key projects through end-to-end project management for operational improvement across vendor onboarding and performance areas.
- Be hands-on with related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.
- Manage a team of operations coordinators and ensure the best output for the operations and onboarding function.
What did we order?
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- 3-4 years’ experience in operations or logistics in the food/grocery tech industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams.
- G-suite and MS Office suite skills along with data interpretation skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress.
- A motivated team player who supports vendor operation function overall objectives by going the extra mile.
- Knowledgeable in operations and performance-related tasks.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and systems.
- A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make-it-happen attitude.
