• Manage day to day vendor operations tasks and keep ownership of supporting back office tools while delivering on agreed KPIs.
• Define and execute steps to achieve performance improvement, managing the work-flow in an end-to-end manner.
• Improve vendor training quality and introduce new training modules.
• Schedule, assign and carry out training with restaurant partners, providing troubleshooting and technical support.
• Develop action plans with the department manager to address weak areas in need of improvement.
• Work alongside regional logistics and country sales teams on actions and activities to drive vendor operations forward.
• Report and monitor KPIs and performance SLAs.
• Drive key projects through end-to-end project management for operational improvement across vendor onboarding and performance areas.
• Be hands-on with related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.
• Manage a team of operations coordinators and ensure the best output for the operations and onboarding function.

What did we order?

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• 3-4 years’ experience in operations or logistics in the food/grocery tech industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams.
• G-suite and MS Office suite skills and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress.
• A motivated team player who supports the Vendor operation function overall objectives by going the extra mile.
• Knowledgeable in operations and performance-related tasks.
• The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and systems.
• A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make-it-happen attitude.
