Supervisor - Landscape - Community Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of landscapers, managing work schedules, task assignments, and performance monitoring
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities, including irrigation, planting, pruning, weeding, and pest control
- Inspect and assess the condition of green spaces, identifying and addressing maintenance requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all landscaping activities, including work orders, material usage, and employee attendance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and landscaping best practices
- Monitor and control landscaping budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resources
- Assist in the development and implementation of landscape enhancement and improvement plans
- Respond promptly to resident requests and complaints related to landscaping maintenance
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the landscaping team
Required Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or certification in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and pest control techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and resident interactions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
