Supervisor Gas System

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor with expertise in gas systems, fitout projects, and construction management. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in supervising projects within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of gas system fitout projects to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
2. Lead and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and technical expertise throughout project implementation.
3. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
4. Manage project resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
5. Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to address technical issues, manage project changes, and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
6. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings.
7. Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in supervising gas systems, fitout projects, or related construction projects in the UAE.
3. Strong technical knowledge of gas systems, MEP systems, and relevant local regulations and standards.
4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
5. UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
