Role Summary:
We're looking for a DC Supervisor to join the team and focus on growing our own DC tMart to manage the full operations DC Process by implementing our commercial & demand requirements.

What's On Your Plate:
Responsible for running the DC operations which involves multiple functions like: Receiving, putaway, dispatch, inventory control & quality. The DC supervisor is responsible for DC level KPIs and is required to optimize and continue improving processes to reach the KPIs targets. The DC supervisor is accountable for health & safety, stock levels availability, and cost among many other KPIs. Focused on local activities, however will have light interactions with regional and central teams to drive improvements. Work closely with demand planner, commercial operations, procurement, inventory control & finance. Manage 20-30 employees and is responsible for monthly connects, development plans, and attendance. The DC supervisor is expected to oversee inventory availability and cost. Collaborate with the demand planning team to optimize purchases, availability, and inventory. Work with finance team to optimize the operating costs.
What Did We Order:
You have at least 5-7 years of experience in warehousing & DC. Solid knowledge of all DC operations, inventory control, and basic finance knowledge. You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. Good communication skills and always like to be hands-on with several tools. Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills. Language Skills: Very Good English would be highly advantageous. Computer Skills: Very Good in Excel and ERP systems.
