Supermarket General Manager

Leading supermarket is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Supermarket General Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of supermarket operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the retail and supermarket industry with a proven track record in procurement inventory management customer service and team leadership. Specific expertise in managing meat poultry and baked goods categories is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the supermarket ensuring high levels of efficiency and service standards.

• Monitor and manage inventory tracking ensuring accurate records and minimizing waste.

• Train manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance goals.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing operations in a leading local supermarket .
  
• Strong expertise in procurement import management inventory tracking and customer service.
