Requirements:

1. A degree/master's in Engineering from a recognized university.
2. Strong planning, organizational skills, and a keen interest in dredging.
3. High flexibility, excellent prioritization, and strong communication skills.
4. Willingness to work on international projects in a rotation system.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
