Job description

15+ years of Civil, Structural / Building site experience in direct hire construction with an international oil & gas EPC company and subcontractors.
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
Experience working in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS/FSU), Middle East, and/or North Africa.
Prior experience working with a diverse international workforce.
Good communication skills.
Familiar with international codes and standards (BS, ASTM, ACI, etc.), concrete/asphalt mix designs, and laboratory testing of concrete, asphalt, earthworks, and grouting.
Have working knowledge and interpretation skills of building sectional/reinforcement and structural steel drawings.
Knowledge and experience to solve civil, building, and structural issues onsite and provide guidance to subcontractors.
Computer proficiency, communication & interpersonal skills, fluent in written & spoken English, with software skills including the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
Positive “can do” attitude & strong work ethic, conceptual thinking, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work under pressure. Optimizes the installation of equipment.
Trained in lifting and scaffolding supervision (preferred).
