Job Title

Structural BIM Modeler - Rebar Modeler and Detailer

Responsibilities

1. Create detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) structural systems, components, and building elements using industry-standard software.
2. Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and rectify conflicts between structural systems and other building components.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
4. Generate accurate and up-to-date construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
5. Develop parametric families for structural components.
6. Maintain organized and structured BIM data libraries and ensure the accuracy of model information.
7. Stay up-to-date with UAE national codes and standards related to structural systems and ensure compliance in BIM models.

Qualification

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling
Strong knowledge of architecture modelling
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Software Knowledge Required

• Revit
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• ACC (BIM360)
• Dynamo (Advantage)
