STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER (REMOTE WORK)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The purpose of the job of a Structural BIM Modeler is to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration in the design and construction processes of structural engineering projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and manage detailed 3D structural BIM models using Revit.
2. Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM execution plans.
3. Integrate structural models with architectural, MEP, and other discipline models.
4. Resolve design clashes and inconsistencies.
5. Generate accurate construction documents, drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
6. Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation.
7. Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
8. Implement best practices for BIM modeling and project execution.
9. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
10. Participate in coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of structural elements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler in design consulting companies in the GCC.
3. Advanced proficiency in Revit software for BIM modeling.
4. Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
5. Excellent knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction processes.
6. Can join immediately.
