About the Role

NIO MENA seeks a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager to join our Business Development team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth initiatives in the MENA region for a leading innovator in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct primary and secondary research to identify strategic business opportunities in the MENA region.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Assess new market and business opportunities, focusing on market entries, strategic partnerships, and distributor partnerships.
4. Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to analyse opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
5. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
6. Lead the setup and execution of the Strategy & Growth Office (SGO).
7. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

1. Strong academic background: MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic planning, or business development.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry.
4. Automotive experience in UAE and KSA markets; broader GCC experience is an advantage.
5. Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and presentation skills.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
7. Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
