Key Responsibilities
● New Vendor Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure they understand our onboarding requirements and timelines.
● Vendor Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for new vendors to familiarize them with our systems, processes, and standards.
Provide ongoing training and support to existing vendors as needed.
● Mystery Shopping:
Conduct regular mystery shopping activities to evaluate vendor performance and adherence to company standards.
Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable feedback to vendors and internal teams.
● Marketing Assets Delivery:
Manage the distribution of marketing assets to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and update promotional materials as needed.
● Vendor Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and support requests.
Resolve issues promptly and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
