Strategy Director

Piermont Search is assisting a prestigious semi-government entity in its search for an experienced Strategy Director.

This role is responsible for leading research, analysis, and strategic planning related to policy matters. It involves identifying opportunities for new programs and partnerships, as well as managing such programs.

To be successful in this role, you must match the below criteria:

1. Masters educated from a globally renowned university
2. Possess a minimum of 9 years experience as a management consultant, or policy advisor in a high-paced and strategic industry role
3. MBB firm experience is highly desirable
4. Experience in leading departments or multiple teams
5. Outstanding communication and organizational skills
6. Strong presentation and briefing skills, being able to present to major stakeholders including Sheikhs and Ministers
