Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies and plans for a multi-national group.
• Lead strategic initiatives, including Balanced Scorecard implementation and performance management.
• Drive business transformation and change management initiatives across diverse business units.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align corporate objectives with operational execution.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 10-15 years in strategy, with at least 7 years in the construction sector.
• Strategic Planning: Proven expertise in developing business strategies for large organizations (USD 500M+ revenue).
• Balanced Scorecard & Performance Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in a structured performance management environment.
• M&A Exposure: Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or related corporate transactions.
• Large Corporate Exposure: Background in multi-national or large private conglomerates.
• Change Management: Strong experience in business transformation and change management projects.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in a listed company or a renowned private corporate group is preferred.
