Strategy Consultant

We are looking for a sharp-minded and confident Strategy Consultant, with previous experience in the field. The candidate must add value to our team through their experience, strategic analytical skills, and passion for successful business transformation. • Previous strategy/management consulting background (Big 4, Big 5, Boutique) ideal
• 2-3 years experience in management consulting (with a focus on either or all these areas: strategy, performance, operating models, and business transformation)
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Has conducted various forms of strategic analysis including market studies, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking
• Well versed in the strategy analysis, formulation and implementation
• Experience in data analysis and business analysis
• Experience in setting up and running a transformation office of strategy management
• Experience in Balanced Scorecard development and KPI definition
• Well-versed in business transformations and change
• Key capabilities in research and analytics
• Ability to facilitate client sessions and interact with higher management levels
• Highly capable in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office suite
• Proficient Fluency in English (Arabic required)
• Top international university graduate preferred
• Available immediately
• Willing to accept temporary contract position (full-time positions also available)
