Who are we

Outsized is a talent-on-demand platform for enterprise clients and consulting firms in Asia, the Middle East and South Africa. We focus on full-time contracts (remote or onsite), typically between 1-12 months. We help our talent upskill so they have better chances of landing their dream projects and charge fair rates. Who are we looking for

We are seeking self-driven and experienced Strategy/Management Consultants with prior experience working with top-tier consulting firms to join our exclusive talent pool of highly skilled experts for upcoming projects in the Middle East.

Please note: We are building this talent pool in the Middle East for strategy consulting professionals.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying a project management framework for their effective delivery
• Present findings and recommendations to clients
• Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance
• Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk, and issue management)
• Effective communication and senior stakeholder management

Qualifications:

• Experience working with top-tier consulting firms like MBBs or Big4
• 3+ years of experience as a management or strategy consultant
• Experience working in telecommunication, financial services, banking or insurance sectors

Duration:

Once shortlisted, projects under this opportunity will last for 6-12 months on a full-time contractual basis.
