The team is growing, and we are currently looking to hire a Strategy Business Partner Lead.
About the position:
To identify the business needs and manage the strategic initiatives of the business unit. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement projects that align with organizational goals, establish and oversee KPI management, and ensure successful execution of strategies.
What I will be doing:
General Responsibilities:
Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems:
- Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
Reporting:
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business and organization’s policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business leadership to develop, refine, and implement long-term strategic plans for the business; identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that support business unit objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic project selection.
- Develop and propose strategic initiatives that address specific business challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Design and propose new business models or processes to enhance performance.
- Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Regularly report on KPI performance to stakeholders and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic projects that enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and foster collaboration.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes.

What I should I have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience.
