Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) to join our team as a Strategic Project Sr. Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, data analysis, and high-level decision-making. They will be proficient in creating and presenting plans using tools like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for this role, along with the ability to navigate complex data to deliver actionable insights and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic project plans aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Use Microsoft Visio to create process flows and organizational diagrams.
3. Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project updates, strategies, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
4. Analyze complex data, generate actionable insights, and make informed decisions to achieve project goals.
5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by applying best practices from PMP methodologies.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and performance metrics.
7. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
8. Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
9. Support leadership in high-level decision-making through detailed reports and data analysis.
10. Lead the preparation and delivery of strategic presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Certified PMP (Project Management Professional).
2. Proven experience in strategic project planning and execution.
