The team is growing, and we are currently looking to hire a Strategic Project Management Lead.
About the position:
To manage the delivery of strategic project initiatives within the organization, including adherence to project management standards, assist in developing project plans, manage resource allocation, identify and report process inefficiencies, monitor project expenses, and prepare project update reports to drive successful project implementation, while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

General Responsibilities:
Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems:
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
Reporting:
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of strategic project initiatives within the organization by supervising the projects, applying standard project management methodologies, and facilitating coordination among project team members across the organization.
- Provide support in the establishment and maintenance of project management standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery. Assist in the implementation of project management tools and templates to facilitate effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Develop and implement forecasting models to ensure accurate resource allocation for strategic projects to optimize project outcomes and drive successful project delivery.
- Monitor project expenses in accordance with the approved budget and report any variances to ensure adherence to budgetary targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers involved in strategic projects and project-related contracts to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate alignment and reporting on projects to assist in effective monitoring of projects with respect to the defined timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Consolidate project updates and progress reports with respect to established benchmarks and objectives to ensure effective communication to senior management and relevant external stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Identify and report risks and issues that may impact project execution to enable timely mitigation. Assist in implementation of strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential delays, cost overruns, and adverse effects on project outcomes.
- Assist in conducting regular assessments and evaluations of current processes, identifying areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks; propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance project management effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external service providers to provide support and ensure successful execution of assigned projects.
- Foster strong relationships with strategic partners and relevant external/internal entities to enhance business outcomes.
- Stay updated on the industry best practices and emerging trends in strategic project management.

What I should I have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience.
