The Strategic Operations & Project Manager will work closely with the CEO to oversee and execute key projects, ensuring seamless operations and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive business objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO to manage and execute strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Oversee operational workflows, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, cost efficiencies, and performance improvements.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with various departments to ensure effective execution and communication.
Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and feasibility studies to support business expansion, product development, or operational restructuring.
Establish KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and governance structures to monitor and assess project performance.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact operations or strategic initiatives.
Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when necessary, ensuring strategic interests are effectively communicated.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities that could impact the company’s strategic direction.
Key Requirements:
Industry Expertise: Experience in financial services, FX trading, CFDs, commodities, crypto, or a related sector, with a solid understanding of industry operations and regulatory landscapes.
Project & Operations Leadership: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, business operations, or strategy execution, ideally in a managerial role.
Strong Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess complex situations, propose strategic solutions, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with executive teams, cross-functional departments, and external partners.
Execution-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic projects and operational initiatives.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Agility & Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) are a plus.
