The BDM will be responsible for championing B2B sales within UAE region distribution channels.
Will have to develop a deep understanding of the full product range, including series, features, and brand history.
Respond to customer inquiries, coming from direct consumers, architects, or designers through the showroom or website by providing detailed information and addressing concerns to meet the luxury client experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our brand products to potential customers.
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing team members to meet overall showroom sales goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
Provide expert advice on product combinations and configurations that align with customers' lifestyle and preferences.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing as per our brand guidelines.
Stay informed about new product launches and attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English
Previous experience in showroom sales for outdoor furniture and fittings
Passion for high-end brands, preferably
Experience within retail stores for outdoor furniture and networking within high-end luxury manufacturers will be an added advantage.
