Job description
  • The BDM will be responsible for championing B2B sales within UAE region distribution channels.
  • Will have to develop a deep understanding of the full product range, including series, features, and brand history.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, coming from direct consumers, architects, or designers through the showroom or website by providing detailed information and addressing concerns to meet the luxury client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our brand products to potential customers.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing team members to meet overall showroom sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
  • Provide expert advice on product combinations and configurations that align with customers' lifestyle and preferences.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing as per our brand guidelines.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in showroom sales for outdoor furniture and fittings
  • Passion for high-end brands, preferably
  • Experience within retail stores for outdoor furniture and networking within high-end luxury manufacturers will be an added advantage.
