Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business management is a plus.
• Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Certification in food safety management to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management software and tools to streamline operations.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, particularly in multicultural environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
