Job Description
- Receive and inspect goods.
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Issue materials to staff.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary.
- Organize and maintain the storage area.
- Conduct regular inventory counts.
- Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Coordinate with purchasing and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Track and manage tools and equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Computer literacy (Basic inventory software, Microsoft Office, email management, etc.).
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Ability to drive and operate forklift will be an added advantage.
