STOREKEEPER
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management, store routines, and the ability to efficiently handle daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Ensure that all inventory records are maintained accurately within the system. This includes managing stock levels, receiving, and issuing materials.
Stock Ledger: Responsible for the upkeep of the stock ledger, ensuring the accuracy of entries and reconciling discrepancies.
Store Routine Management: Implement and maintain store routines to ensure smooth operations, including receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials.
Timekeeping: Monitor and record attendance for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
ERP Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in using XPEDEON, N/ERP, or Oracle systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
Formwork & Scaffolding: Responsible for the updating and management of formwork and scaffolding materials, ensuring stock is available for projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
Proficient in ERP software, especially XPEDEON, N/ERP, or Oracle.
Experience in formwork and scaffolding material management is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in stock management and timekeeping.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
