Store Supervisor

Dubai - Store Supervisor:

The purpose of the role is to support the Management Team in achieving store targets through effective management of the store team and compliance with the organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets to meet the overall organizational objectives.
2. Provide exemplary customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information, and adopting a friendly and courteous attitude towards customers to establish and manage lasting relationships.
3. Assist the Management Team in managing the operational side of the store, including administrative areas such as staff scheduling and coordination with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth store operations.
4. Support the Management Team in identifying technical training needs of the store staff to ensure they are fully trained on products, customer service, and policy requirements.
5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge regarding designs, trends, quality issues, and availability to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role; experience within a similar brand is preferred.
2. Local retail experience is mandatory.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Knowledge of local culture and sensitivities, as well as an understanding of fashion.
5. Awareness of changes in fashion trends.
