Store Supervisor

Job Purpose: Stores Supervisor will oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, and assignments of employees in storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and tools.

Job Description:

• Timely dispatch of shipment to all locations - setting drivers route plan.
• POD collection, filling, and system upload.
• Main warehouse drivers daily planning & managing.
• Administrative cycles.
• Labor and external resources requests fulfillment, guarantee approval, and provide to finance for settlement.
• Performance agreements and appraisals, and workload distribution during peaks, absence, and annual leaves.
• Upgrade and coaching of the subordinates.
• DIP weekly, monthly report & POD report.
• Goods proper and timely receiving.
• Proper timely picking and dispatch of goods.
• Supervision of SAP system utilization, recording receiving, dispatch, and proper filing of POD.
• Applying the inventory count policy and ensuring result accuracy.

Candidate Preference:

• Education - Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/Institution.
• Work Experience - 8+ years in the medical device industry, managing Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Availability to join on an immediate basis.
