Store Sales Manager

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments
• Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Develop and execute strategies to drive footfall, increase conversion rates, and boost revenue
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and in line with brand guidelines
• Manage inventory control, stock levels, and loss prevention
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports
• Recruit, train, and onboard new staff as needed
• Maintain a high level of store hygiene, safety, and compliance with operational standards
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an elevated in-store experience that reflects our brand values

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field
• 4–6 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Up-to-date with fashion trends and retail best practices
