Store Representative – Emiratisation

We are currently recruiting for a Store Representative – Emiratisation for our client to be based out of their Dubai.

Job Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP, Dubai)

Purpose:

Our Client is looking for a proactive Store Representative to join their in-store sales team. You will have a passion for sales, and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• As a Store Representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects.
• It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell and up-sell our products, services and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
• Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories.

Skills:

• National with UAE Family Book.
• A bachelor’s degree: a Bachelor of Engineering and/or Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• A high level of English communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic language is an advantage.
• Relevant system knowledge is an advantage (MS Office, Sales Force, SAP, CRM, etc.).
• Customer focus with a passion for results.
• A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
