Store Manager (Luxury Fashion) Abu Dhabi

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for a Store Manager with exemplary team management skills, interpersonal skills, and commercial skills for their boutique in Abu Dhabi.

The Store Manager will have the responsibility of coordinating the day-to-day running of the boutique, which includes managing a team.

Overall, they are looking for someone who can lead by example, is extremely passionate about the brand, very sales and KPI driven, and has previous experience in the region with a good database of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your team delivers excellent customer service to every client by demonstrating and modeling the right attitude. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and tailor individual action plans.
  • Demonstrate empowerment to solve customer problems and meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers. It is of the utmost importance that this person possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can create a long-term relationship based on trust and good communication.
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers.
  • Work with the Marketing department for in-store events to increase sales and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence, and ensuring the brand standards are achieved.
  • Supervise stock management to ensure levels are maintained constantly.

Skills & Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably majoring in Business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5+ years of management experience in luxury retail, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Arabic is an advantage.
  • Expert communicator, with the special ability to build strong business relationships beyond the immediate team.
  • Possess a winning mentality: know that the end-goal is not to prove you were right, but to help progress the team objectives, empower your team, and get the business to win.
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
