Store Manager - Fashion

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Fashion retail location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the latest fashion trends, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing inventory, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring the store meets sales targets. You will lead a team of sales associates, providing training and guidance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the fashion retail store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
3. Manage store inventory, including merchandise planning, stock replenishment, and product display.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
5. Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment for customers.
8. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures related to security, safety, and loss prevention.
9. Collaborate with the head office or regional managers on store promotions, marketing campaigns, and product assortment.
10. Stay up-to-date on fashion industry trends, brand offerings, and customer preferences to optimize the store's merchandising and marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration or related field.
2. Prior experience working in a fashion retail setting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and brands.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service.
