Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in luxury retail management
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
3. Strong leadership and team development skills
4. Excellence in customer service and client relationship management
5. Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
6. Proficiency in retail management software
7. Excellent communication skills in English
