Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with 8-10 years of proven success in driving both online and offline sales, managing teams, and executing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record of increasing retail sales performance across multiple channels, managing inventory, and training staff to deliver exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies, leveraging competitive advantages, and achieving sales targets.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both online and offline channels to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed to drive growth.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess.
Customer Service Training: Train and develop staff on best practices for customer service and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and address any issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing teams and achieving store sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
