Position Title: Store Manager

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and train the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure the store is fully stocked at all times.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and promotions.

Qualifications:

• A degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
• Must have extensive knowledge of retail operations and stock management
• Proven experience as a Store Manager in the outdoor, sportswear, or performance apparel industry
