Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our retail store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all store operations including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, addressing customer concerns effectively.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appeal.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Enforce company policies and UAE labor regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and financial reporting accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
